1 Potato, chopped

1 Carrot, chopped

1 Egg, beaten

Step 1
Coat the pork tenderloin with starch, dip into the beaten egg and then coat in breadcrumbs, press gently so the tenderloin is evenly coated

Step 2
Place into a pan with hot oil and deep fry in low heat until the color of the tenderloin is golden, set aside and cut into strips.

Step 3
Chop the potato, carrot and onion, and stir fry in a pan, add water and curry blocks to stew until the vegetables are soft and the liquid has thickened.

Step 4
Place Mission Supersoft Butter Flavour Wraps in taco mould, bake for 2 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃. Place curry vegetables and fried pork chops into the taco and serve hot.
