¼ Carrots

10ml Oil

Salt, for seasoning

Step 1
Take the whole egg mixture and beat it up with salt and black pepper.

Sliced the mushrooms, shredded the carrots and sliced spinach.

Heat the oil in pan, add mushroom slices, shredded carrots and sliced spinach and stir fry until cooked. Pour in egg mixture and put a Mission Chia Seed and Quinoa Wrap on top.

Step 4
Fry the egg mixture with low heat until set, then flip over and add low-fat cheese slices. Fold the wrap in half and fry over low heat until cooked.

Take it out and cut it in half and searve.
