Step 1
Mix the beef tenderloin strips with starch and pixian bean paste. Shred green pepper, dice millet pepper.

Heat a pan with olive oil, fry beef strips until half-cooked.

Spread pixian bean paste over Mission Plain Pizza Crust, scatter with mozzarella cheese, beef strips, green pepper and millet pepper. Bake in preheated oven at 200℃ for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and spread Lao Gan Ma paste to serve.
