  • 1 Mission Plain Pizza Crust

  • 200g Beef Tenderloin Strip

  • 50g Green Pepper, shredded

  • 20g Millet Pepper, diced

  • 80g Mozzarella Cheese

  • 15g Pixian Bean Paste

  • 10g Lao Gan Ma Paste

  • 10g Starch

  • Olive Oil, for heating

  • Step 1

    Mix the beef tenderloin strips with starch and pixian bean paste. Shred green pepper, dice millet pepper.

  • Step 2

    Heat a pan with olive oil, fry beef strips until half-cooked.

  • Step 3

    Spread pixian bean paste over Mission Plain Pizza Crust, scatter with mozzarella cheese, beef strips, green pepper and millet pepper. Bake in preheated oven at 200℃ for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and spread Lao Gan Ma paste to serve.
