A handful of Mission Cheese Flavoured Corn Chips

1 Avocado, mashed

100g Pork, minced

150g Onion, chopped

2 Tomatoes, chopped

50g Tomato Sauce

100g Sour Cream

Salt, for seasoning

Cooking wine, to marinate

Butter, for cooking

Step 1
Mash the avocado, mince the pork and season with salt and cooking wine, leave to marinate. Chop the onion and tomatoes.

Step 2
Place the butter in the pan and add the chopped onions to stir fry, then the chopped tomatoes and finally add the minced meat to stir fry; Add the water, tomato sauce and salt and boil until thick. Turn off the heat.

Step 3
Layer the mashed avocado, pork mixture and sour cream into the glass container in turn, and finally top with some Mission Cheese Flavoured Corn Chips.
