  • 1 Mission Chia Seed and Quinoa Wrap

  • 30g Endives

  • 5 Crab Sticks

  • 2 Eggs

  • 20g Low-fat Salad Sauce

  • 10ml Oil

  • Black Pepper, for seasoning

  • Lemon juice, for seasoning

  • Yellow Mustard, for seasoning

  • Step 1

    Blanch the crab sticks in boiling water, then drain and tear it into shreds. Add low-fat salad sauce, lemon juice, and black pepper and mix well.

  • Step 2

    Beat the eggs and set aside.

  • Step 3

    Heat oil in a pan, add egg mixture and endives then place a Mission Chia Seed and Quinoa wraps on it. Flip over and fry slightly after egg mixture set then take out. Place the mixed crab sticks on top and fold the wrap in half, and serve with yellow mustard sauce.
