Ingredients

  • A handful of Mission Peri Peri Flavoured Corn Strips

  • 1 Carrot, diced

  • 2 Tomatoes, diced

  • ½ Onion, diced

  • 50g Green Bean

  • 20g Millet Pepper, diced

  • 1 Curry cube

  • Salad Oil, for heating

  • Water, for cooking

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Dice carrot, tomato, onion and millet pepper and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Stir fry the diced onion in oil in the pan until fragrant. Add diced carrot, diced tomato and diced millet pepper to stir fry until cooked. Add water and curry cube, turn down to low heat and simmer.

  • Step 3

    Cook until thick, add green beans, stirring them in well. Serve onto plate with a side of Mission Peri Peri Flavoured Corn Strips.
