Chicken Fillet with Pecking Style Sauce Roll

Ingredients

1 Mission Onion & Chive Wrap

80g Chicken Fillet

1 Scallion

1 Cucumber

1 Red Bell Pepper

3g Salt

3g Chicken Powder Seasoning

1 Spoonful Cooking Wine

1 Egg

100g Flour

Sweet Soybean Paste

Oil

 

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet and marinade with salt, chicken powder seasoning and cooking wine for 15 minutes. Wash and cut the scallion, cucumber and red bell pepper into shreds.
  2. Mix egg, flour and water in a mixing bowl and stir well into a paste. Heat up with some oil first, rub the paste on the chicken fillet and deep-fry to golden.
  3. Spread the sweet soybean paste on the warmed Mission Onion & Chive wrap, add in the chicken fillet and other ingredients, roll it up and serve.
