Potato Beef Brisket stew Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 Mission Original Wraps
  • 300g Beef brisket
  • 150g Potato, peeled
  • 30ml Dark soya sauce
  • 20g Sugar
  • 2 pieces Star Anise
  • 1 piece Cinnamon
  • 1 piece Bay leave
  • 15ml Chinese cooking wine
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes and beef briskets into cubes. Cook beef brisket cubes in water. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil, stir in pre-cooked beef brisket, add sugar and dark soya sauce to taste and colour. Sprinkle Chinese cooking wine, add star anise, cinnamon and bay leave. Add water till it covers the beef brisket and simmer till brisket is soft. Add in potato and cook till potato is soft.
  3. Place Mission Original wraps in a small serving bowl and set into pre-heat oven for few minutes to harden the wrap. Ladle the stew into the wrap bowl.
