Ingredients

2 Mission Spinach Wrap

3 Scallops

100g Salad Dressing

50g Purple Cabbage

50g Carrots

50g Head Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the purple cabbage, carrots and head lettuce.
  2. Add the salad dressing and stir evenly, pan-fry the scallops into frying pan until done and set aside. Cut the heated Mission Spinach Wrap into halves.
  3. Roll up the wrap into handscrolls, add the mixed vegetable salad and scallop and serve.
