Seafood Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Mission Onion and Chives Wrap
  • 50g Prawns
  • 50g Clams
  • 50g Fresh salmon
  • 50g Asparagus
  • 50g Mozzarella cheese
  • 2g Salt
  • 2g Black pepper
  • 5ml Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the prawns and de-shell it. Boil clams to open it. Once shell is opened, remove the flesh. Slice the salmon into strips and blanch the asparagus. Once done, set aside.
  2. Apply a thin layer of olive oil on a Mission Onion and Chives Wrap. Top it with prawns, clams, salmon and asparagus. Sprinkle salt to taste. Once done, add a layer of Mozzarella to seal the pizza and pepper to taste. Place pizza in a pre-heat oven at 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 8 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
