Ingredients

2 Mission Spinach Wraps

50g Smoked Salmon

 2 Slices Cheese

50g Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry potatoes and set aside
  2. Layer the cheese slices on the Mission Spinach Wrap, cover the wrap with another wrap and cut into square. Back in oven at 200 ℃ for 5 minutes till crisp.
  3. Top with twisted smoked salmon and decorated with cherry tomato slices.
