Ingredients

1 Mission Whole Wheat Wrap

80g Shrimp

200g Spinach

2 Eggs

4 Spoonful Milk

3g Salt

Grated Cheese

Cracked Black Pepper

Cooking Wine

Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash shrimps, add cooking wine, salt and cracked black pepper and mix evenly. Wash the spinach and cook.
  2. Put the Mission Whole Wheat Wrap into pie tin and poke some small holes, bake in the oven at 200 ℃ for 10 minutes. Mix the milk, eggs and salt evenly and set aside.
  3. Spread the spinach evenly, egg mixture and shrimp on the wrap, topped with cheese power and black pepper. Bake in the oven at 180 ℃ for 20 minutes and serve.
