Ingredients

1 Mission Original Wrap

1 Egg

10g Strong Flour

1g Salt

1 Spoonful Chicken Bouillon

80g Shrimps

1g Pepper Powder

Tomato Sauce

Sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the strong flour, water, egg mixture and salt to taste into egg paste. Stir the tomato sauce with sugar evenly and set aside.
  2. Chop the shrimps, mix the chicken bouillon with pepper powder. Pan-fry the egg paste to thick omelet.
  3. Layer the thick omelet onto a warmed Mission Original Wrap, top with fried shrimp and roll it up, drizzle with some tomato sauce and serve.
