Fried Rice Roll

Ingredients

  • 2 Mission Onion & Chive Wraps
  • 50g Cooked rice
  • 50g Smoked salmon
  • 30g Baby Chinese cabbage
  • 20g Chinese Mushroom
  • 2g Salt

Instructions

  1. Chop up smoked salmon and Chinese baby cabbage, and set aside.
  2. Stir fry rice until it breaks apart. Add in chopped smoked salmon and mushroom. Mix evenly. Add salt to taste.
  3. Warm a Mission Onion & Chive Wraps. Create a pocket and fill it with fried rice. Serve hot.
