Smoked Salmon and Avocado Sushi Roll

Ingredients

  • 2 Onion and Chive Wrap
  • 2 Avocado
  • 200g Smoked Salmon
  • 30ml Honey Mustard

Instructions

  1. Cut, Peel and remove pit of avocado. Slice peeled avocado thinly.
  2. Place Mission Onion and Chive Wrap on a skillet to warm up.
  3. Place a layer of smoked salmon on the wrap, followed by a layer of sliced avocados. Carefully roll it up and cut into rolls. Secure rolls with a tooth pick and drizzle honey mustard on each roll before serving.
