  • 1 Mission Wholegrain Wraps

  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste

  • 50g fresh Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

  • 55g marinated artichokes, drained and sliced

  • 8 Kalamata olives, pitted

  • Rocket leaves, to serve

  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve

  • Freshly ground pepper, to serve

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220ºC. Spread the wrap with tomato paste. Top with cheese, artichokes and olives

  • Step 2

    Place on a baking tray that has been pre-heated in the oven Bake for approximately 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and the wrap is crisp

  • Step 3

    Top with freshly grounded pepper, rocket leaves and a drizzle of oil
