Ingredients

  • 2 Mission Original Wraps

  • 2 Fillet steaks, 200g each piece, cut into strips

  • Salt

  • Black pepper, freshly grounded

  • 50g Unsalted butter

  • 1 pkt Curry gravy, 100g or 4 Japanese curry cubes, cook following packet instructions

  • Curry lettuce

  • 4-6 Curry leaves

  • Step 1

    Season the steak with salt and pepper

  • Step 2

    Heat butter in a frying pan over medium high heat. Cook the steak for approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil

  • Step 3

    Cook sauce as per instructions on the packet and then stir in curry leaves and cook for ½ minute

  • Step 4

    Slice the meat thinly

  • Step 5

    Warm Mission Original wraps in a frying pan. Place the steak in the middle of the wrap. Spoon over some of the curry sauce. Top with lettuce leave. Roll up firmly to enclose filling. Cut in pieces and serve with extra curry sauce
