  • 2 Mission Original Wraps

  • ¼ Red onion, thinly sliced

  • 100g Mozzarella cheese, torn into pieces

  • 10 Slices smoked salmon

  • 8 Black olives, halved

  • Dill sprigs, for garnish

  • 1 tbsp Butter

  • 1 tbsp Flour

  • 200ml Milk

  • Step 1

    Melt butter in a small saucepan, add flour and stir for 1 minute. Add milk and bring to a boil whisking until thickened. Cover sauce with cling wrap and cool

  • Step 2

    Place Mission wraps on a pizza tray, spread sauce evenly on Mission wraps and top with red onion and torn mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven of 220ºC for 5 minutes or until cheese is golden and melted

  • Step 3

    Arrange smoked salmon slices and olives over cooked pizza, garnish with dill and serve immediately
