  • 8 Mission Spring Onion Flavour Pancakes

  • 300g Leek, chopped

  • 3 Eggs, beaten

  • 50g Chinese Vermicelli

  • A handful of Dried Small Shrimps

  • Oil, for frying

  • Salt, for seasoning

  • Step 1

    Soak the Chinese vermicelli until soft and use scissors to cut into slices, wash and chop the leek, soak the dried small shrimps and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Heat a pan with oil, add beaten egg and stir fry into small parts, add leek, Chinese vermicelli and dried small shrimps, stir fry until cooked then remove from the pan.

  • Step 3

    Unfreeze Mission Spring Onion Flavour Pancakes in advance, place all cooked ingredients onto the center of pancake, fold in half and wrap it in the shape of dumpling. Fry in a pan over low heat until cooked through and serve hot.
