  • A handful of Mission Numb Spicy Fresh Shrimp Flavoured Corn Strips

  • 500g Crayfish

  • 50g Asparagus Lettuce, sliced

  • 50g Lotus Root, sliced

  • 20g Garlic, crushed

  • 50g Chili Sauce

  • 50ml Cooking Wine

  • 50ml Light Soy Sauce

  • Oil, for heating

  • Salt, for seasoning

  • Coriander, to garnish

  • Step 1

    Clean the crayfish, peel and slice asparagus lettuce and lotus root, chop the garlic.

  • Step 2

    Mix chili sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt to make a sauce.

  • Step 3

    Heat a pan with oil, stir fry the crushed garlic until fragrant, add crayfish and stir fry until cooked. Add asparagus lettuce slices, lotus root slices and mixed chili sauce, stir fry until mix well.

  • Step 4

    Remove from the pan, top with Mission Numb Spicy Fresh Shrimp Flavoured Corn Strips, garnish with coriander to serve.
