100g Carrot

4 Raw Duck Egg Yolks

20g Ginger and Chive

Oil, for heating

Vinegar, for seasoning

Light Soy Sauce, for seasoning

Sugar, to taste

Step 1
Mince ginger and chive, mix with vinegar, light soy sauce and sugar to make a sauce. Mince carrots and set aside.

Step 2
Heat a pan with oil, pour the raw duck egg yolk into the pan, heat over a low heat and stir with chopsticks then add the minced carrots and sauce, stir fry until cooked and remove from the pan.

Step 3
Evenly spread the mixture over a preheated Mission Supersoft Chives Flavour Wrap, roll up and cut in half to serve.
