Ingredients

• 1 Mission Supersoft Original Wrap

• 20g Mission Original Flavoured Corn Chips

• 1 Egg, beaten

• 1 Lettuce Leaf

• 5g Sweet Bean Sauce

• A pinch of Chives, chopped

Instructions

• Step 1

  Place a Mission Supersoft Original Wrap on a pan and pour the egg onto the wrap, heat over a low heat until the egg sets.

• Step 2

  Spread sweet bean sauce over the wrap, place the lettuce and Mission Original Flavoured Corn Chips on top, then scatter with chopped chives. Roll up and serve.
