  • 3 Mission Supersoft Original Wraps

  • 50g Pork Belly

  • 20g Carrot, shredded

  • 100g Kimchi

  • 50g Mozzarella Cheese

  • Cooking Wine

  • Oil, for heating

  • Step 1

    Slice the pork belly and shred carrot, set aside.

  • Step 2

    Heat the pan with oil, stir fry the pork belly until it is medium to well done, add the kimchi, shredded carrots and cooking wine. Remove out of the pan and place into the baking cup, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.;

  • Step 3

    Use a round mould to cut a round-shape out of the Mission Supersoft Original Wrap the size of the baking cup. Place the wrap over the filling and brush with oil.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃ and serve.
