4 Mission Supersoft Spinach Flavour Wraps

200g Whipping Cream
50g Cream cheese
50g Powdered sugar
15g Sugar
10g Egg White
Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi, as needed
Lemon juice, a little

Step 1
Whip the whipping cream with cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Put into a piping bag and set aside.

Stack 3 preheated Mission Supersoft Spinach Flavour Wrap in a loaf pan and press them into shape.

Pipe the whipped cream into the wrap while adding assorted fresh fruits until the pan is full. Cover with another wrap piece and fix with toothpicks. Smooth both ends evenly, chill in the refrigerator, then unmold.

Step 4
Mix powdered sugar with egg white and beat into icing. Put into a piping bag and pipe flower patterns on the surface of the cream and fruit roll.
