  • 2 Mission Supersoft Spinach Flavour Wraps

  • 1 Potato, peeled and sliced

  • ½ Onion, shredded

  • 4 Bacon slices, chopped

  • 3 Eggs, beaten

  • Black Pepper, for seasoning

  • Oil, for heating

  • Salt, for seasoning

  • Step 1

    Peel and slice the potato, shred the onion, chop the bacons, beat the eggs well and season with salt and black pepper.

  • Step 2

    Heat the pan with oil, stir fry the bacon and onion, add sliced potatoes and stir until cooked through, remove from pan.

  • Step 3

    Heat the pan with oil, place the Mission Supersoft Spinach Flavour Wraps in the pan and spread the cooked mixture over the wrap, then pour the beaten eggs and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the pan when egg Is cooked. Cut the potato cake into four pieces and pile together then serve.
