  • 2 Mission Supersoft Chives Flavour Wraps

  • 100g Carrot

  • 4 Raw Duck Egg Yolks

  • 20g Ginger and Chive

  • Oil, for heating

  • Vinegar, for seasoning

  • Light Soy Sauce, for seasoning

  • Sugar, to taste

  • Step 1

    Mince ginger and chive, mix with vinegar, light soy sauce and sugar to make a sauce. Mince carrots and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Heat a pan with oil, pour the raw duck egg yolk into the pan, heat over a low heat and stir with chopsticks then add the minced carrots and sauce, stir fry until cooked and remove from the pan.

  • Step 3

    Evenly spread the mixture over a preheated Mission Supersoft Chives Flavour Wrap, roll up and cut in half to serve.
