Step 1
Place the Mission Supersoft Wholewheat Wrap into the tart mould which has been brushed with oil. Slice the mushrooms and set aside.

Step 2
Beat the egg with milk and season with salt. Stir fry the sliced mushrooms with the cream to make the filling.

Put the filling into the wrap tart and pour in the egg mixture. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ℃ for 10 minutes, remove and sprinkle some shredded coriander on top then serve.
