300g Dried Bean Curd, cubed

3ml Sesame Oil

Step 1
Rinse the kalimeris and blanch it in boiling water with a little sesame oil, drain and chop it.

Cut the dried bean curd into small cubes, then mix well with kalimeris, season with salt, sugar and remaining sesame oil to make the filling.

Place filling into the middle of preheated Mission Supersoft Multigrain Wrap, fold over the four edges of the wrap into a fried bun shape and put the folded wrap side down into hot pan with oil to fry the bottom until set, then serve.
