Ingredients

  • A handful of Mission Tom Yum Flavoured Corn Strips

  • ½ Green Papaya

  • 3 Prawns

  • 3 Cherry Tomatoes, halved

  • 2 Green Beans, shredded

  • 1 Lime

  • 2 Millet Peppers, chopped

  • ½ Garlic

  • 15ml Fish Sauce

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Peel the green papaya and remove the seeds, then soak it in ice water; Shred green beans, wash prawns and put them into boiling water to cook, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, chop the millet peppers and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Put garlic and millet pepper into mortar, add lime juice and fish sauce and mash them to make a sauce.

  • Step 3

    Put all ingredients into the bowl and mix well with the sauce, side with some Mission Tom Yum Flavoured Corn Strips and serve.
