  • 1 Mission Supersoft Butter Flavour Wrap

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 Smoked Salmon slices

  • 50g Asparagus

  • White Vinegar, to drizzle

  • Step 1

    Blanch and drain the asparagus, set aside.

  • Step 2

    In a boiling pot of water drizzle a bit of white vinegar, turn down the heat, using chopsticks stir in one direction until the water swirls, crack in the egg and take out as soon as the egg white turns white and the egg yolk is covered.

  • Step 3

    Place the preheated Mission Supersoft Butter Flavour Wrap on a plate, top with smoked salmon, asparagus and egg to serve.
